This page explains the terms by which you may use Fancyapps software (the "Software"), a product of Jānis Skarnelis (the "Author"). By accessing or using Software, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Terms and Conditions.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase Software, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your billing address, your credit card number, and the expiration date of your credit card.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods in connection with any purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply is accurate, correct, and complete.

The Author may employ the use of third-party services to facilitate payment and the completion of purchases. By submitting your information, you grant Author the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to the privacy policy.

Accounts

When you create an account, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password. You must notify the Author immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

By purchasing Software, you are granted the rights described in the license.

Refund Policy

Software purchases are non-refundable.

Disclaimer

All Authors products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Author is not responsible for any damages caused by material defects. In no event shall the Author be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other damages arising out of the use or inability to use any of the Author's products or data generated therefrom.

Reserved Rights

The Author reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at its sole discretion. Changes to these Terms are not retroactive.
