What is "end product"?

For "Single" license holders, the final product is usually their own or one specific client's website. But, for "Extended" and "Business" license holders, the number of clients is not limited.

The end product of "Business" license holders is usually a theme, plugin, or any other software that is sold on marketplaces like ThemeForest, CodeCanyon, Gumroad, etc.

What is "end user"?

If you are not including Fancyapps software in a product that you are going to sell to many customers (eg, ThemeForest, CodeCanyon, Gumroad, etc), then the end user is you/your company or one of your clients.

Do you store my payment (credit card) information?

Your payment data never touches our servers or devices.

We do not store payment details on our end. We use payment provider services (Paddle) in order to process your payment. Payment service provider may have to store your payment details on their part.

Where can I download the code?

You can always download the latest version on the GitHub, NPM and CDN. See installation instructions.

Can I try components for free?

Yes. Fancyapps UI components are available on GitHub, NPM and CDN. You are welcome to try them out on your project in a development and staging environment to see if it meets your needs.

Do licenses have features limitation? Do I need to activate with a license key?

There are no hidden features and no additional steps are required to use the software after purchasing the license. Simply follow the documentation!

This is due to the nature of this project, as it is written in JavaScript. While other projects require entering license keys, this is completely pointless, as anyone can view the source code of any website and copy JavaScript code along with the keys. Any attempts to restrict access based on domain name, IP address, etc. only unnecessarily complicate development or are even technically impossible to ensure (for example, you might want to embed the software in a Rust project).

I have purchased a license for a previous version of Fancybox.

If you purchased a license for v2 or v3, you will need to obtain a new license to use the latest software. By purchasing a license, you will ensure continuous project development and support.

Are there any additional license types available?

Yes, Business Single license is available for one end product.

Is it possible to purchase an Extended or Business license without a subscription plan?

You can choose to purchase a license for one year without automatic renewal:
Extended license
Business Single license
Business Extended license

If my subscription plan expires, can I continue to use the software in my projects?

You can continue to use the software in your existing projects without expiration.
